Canapé of blue fish

Ingredients


Per 4 persone:

  • 1 kg. blue fish (mackerel, sardine, anchovy)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 8 slices of home-made bread
  • 3 spoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

 

Method

Clean the fish and remove the bones and the scales. Wash the fish with care.
Give the grinded garlic into a pot, add the oil and fry the garlic until brown. Now add the fish, mix it all together and make a mash out of it. Then let the pap cook for 15 minutes. For improving it, dish the mash with salt and pepper.
Spread now the puree on the toasted slices of bread and serve it.
