Sardine fillets in Cervia's salt

Ingredients

  • sardines
  • salt of Cervia
  • olive oil

Method

Cut off the head and take the bone out of the sardines.
Put the fillets on a plate and cover each layer with salt of Cervia.
After two hours rub the salt from the fish and add some tasty olive oil.
