Villa Perelli
Designed by architect Mario Cavallè, it moves from initial experimentalism to pure rationalism.
The salient feature is a raised rotunda set on 5 long columns. The large circular hall is divided by 14 French windows, with a cantilevered gallery around the perimeter. On the flat roof is a large terrace.
It hosted the gala dinners of the upper middle class.
Villa Perelli over time became ArfelliI and Baracchini, and finally Touring.
