Friar Pietro Antonio Zanoni (died. 1786)
"Cervese" by adoption if not by birth, he is the author of a short didactic poem in Latin entitled De Salinis Cerviensibusin, the first written document to deal with the production and gathering of salt and the history of the Salt Pans in Cervia.
