Laura Pausini - singer
Although Laura was not born in Cervia, but in Solarolo (RA), she has always had a very close relationship with our town.
In fact, local people remember seeing her in summer evenings, taking a walk with her father, who was a piano bar singer and musician, in the streets and squares of Cervia.
Actually, it was in the bars of Cervia that she started her carrier as a singer before there was a significant turn in her life when she won the "young singers" section of the song contest held in San Remo in 1993.
Her step to being a celebrity is partly due to her numerous concerts and her preference for music events which have turned her into one of the most appreciated singers not only in Italy but also in the entire world.
