The salt pan bike and brunch
Starting from the Visitor Centre, together with an expert guide, you will cycle along an inner stretch of the salt mine until you reach the Camillone Salt Mine, an ancient salt mine where salt is still harvested by hand using ancient tools and methods.
After discovering the secrets of the White Gold, we ride along the new cycle path. Along the way we make a few stops to spot the different species living in this area of the Po Delta Park.
The activity ends at the Locanda Acervum, where there will be a tasty sweet and savoury brunch.
Brunch menu:
tarts, cake with carrots, pancakes, cold meats and cheeses (branded ‘Salina’ with sweet Cervia salt), scrambled eggs, bacon, rice salad, piadina with sweet Cervia salt, water, fruit juice, soft drinks, coffee/cappuccino.

The ticket includes bike hire (at the time of purchase you can specify the type of request: man, woman child), binoculars, environmental guide, entrance to the Visitor Centre and Brunch at the Locanda Acervum.
