Any curiosities?
The electric boat glides slowly along the Salina's surrounding canal.
The water is shallow, there are no waves, and there is no risk for those who suffer from seasickness.
Participants are asked to wear a helmet (provided by the Visitor Centre), because there is a point where the boat passes under a somewhat low bridge and it is therefore necessary to duck down to allow it to pass.
Depth of the surrounding canal: minimum 1.5 metres, maximum: 1.8 / 2 metres
Depth of the basins in Salina: minimum 5 centimetres, maximum 30 centimetres
