Between sand and sun, a bit of sport!

For those who are not content to lie in the sun or do not want to give up physical activity even on holiday,
the equipped beaches of Cervia and Milano Marittima allow for all kinds of activities.

Beach volleyball was born in Cervia in 1984 with the first European tournament.

Today, this popular and increasingly popular sport has become an Olympic discipline.

Almost all bathing establishments have equipped an area of the beach for volleyball lovers.

The summer energy continues with other beach sports, such as beach soccer, beach basketball, beach tennis, handball, beach rugby, foot volleyball, table tennis,
and the legendary and timeless game of bocce, with courts spread over 9 kilometres of beach.

Latest beach novelties, the possibility of practising beach golf, finding open-air gyms for body building and fitness, toning muscles and spinning in the water.

For lovers of softer activities, there is no shortage of Nordic Walking experiences
or, why not, a nice relaxing moment with Yoga at sunrise or sunset.
