Craft Gin Summer Fest
Artisanal gin, local food and cocktails, creative pairings and prestigious collaborations.
Gin is the distillate of the moment, so much so that Italy can count on an army of over 1200 artisan producers. A heritage of creativity and biodiversity that Cervia celebrates in the second edition of the Craf Gin Summer Fest, a real preview of the 'Tramonto Divino', the regional taste tour.
The location is prestigious, in the very central Rotonda I maggio and Viale Gramsci in Milano Marittima.
Artisan Gin, Spirits & Bubbles will be on tasting.
- Guest of Honour, Novebolle's Bollicine Romagnole tasting counter, the collective brand created in parallel with the new DOC 'Romagna Spumante'.
- Tasting booth of Gin and Spirits from Emilia-Romagna, organised by Enoteca Regionale with original cocktails created by Bartender Stella Palermo
- Over 25 producers of artisanal Gin

Small plates of traditional certified products
- Gourmet dish by the Officine del Sale chef. Recipe: Gran Risotto with Carnaroli rice from the Po delta Igp, Cervia mussels and black garlic with Ferrara pumpkin;
- Small plates of certified traditional products in finger food;
- Tasting of Oysters
