Mushroom Festival
Gastronomic stand dedicated to mushrooms and musical entertainment.
Menu based on mushrooms, fresh, fried and truffled, piadina and much more.
A unique menu celebrating mushrooms in all their nuances. From champignons to chanterelles and pleurotus, each dish becomes a true work of culinary art.
Here is a sampling of the km 0 dishes we will be able to taste:
- Garganelli (type of pasta typical of Romagna) with mushrooms
- Garganelli with mushrooms and sausage
- Garganelli with tomato
- Marinated anchovies with champignon mushroom misticanza
- VOLUNTEER'S DISH: grilled mortadella, fried polenta and truffled mushrooms and piadina
- BUREDèLI'S DISH: Prosciutto crudo, fresh mushrooms, parmesan cheese, ruccola and piadina
- Mixed fried mushrooms
- Chips
- Torretta di ciambella Romagnola (dessert) with cream
An opportunity to immerse yourself in local culture and enjoy dishes prepared with love and zero-kilometre ingredients.
The volunteers of the Pro Loco Riviera dei Pini await you as always with open arms to spend two wonderful evenings in the Parco dei Gemelli in Tagliata di Cervia.
