Savio di Cervia
Passatelli, a typical speciality of Romagna, are the stars of the 11th Savio di Cervia Festival.
The dishes are prepared by the azdore and served both in broth and dry, in meat, fish or vegetarian recipes.
Also on the menu are bruschettas, homemade desserts, side dishes, and main courses, for a meal in the Romagna tradition.
There are moments of fun and entertainment for the whole family in the programme of games and shows for adults and children.
