Sunday 5th and Monday 6th January 2025
The traditional first dive of the year into the sea returns on 6th January.
From 5th January, a rich programme of initiatives accompanies this special event.
Along with the Dive, the traditional Pasqualotti songs, the arrival of the Befana with gifts for the children and games, the creative market with the presence of foodtrucks, street artists and entertainment.
The sports events are confirmed: the Befana MTB Pedal Ride and the Nordic-style Befana Walk.
New 2025: Sunday 5th January is the day of the Epiphany Run! The first free-running non-competitive run between beach and pine forest.
Monday 6th January
Daredevil divers from various Italian cities will meet on the beach, on Monday 6th January at 3 p.m, for the only dive in the sea in which one can participate masked and win a prize for the funniest disguise. In fact, there will be a competition with prizes for the most original costume.
Programme
- 8:00 a.m. - 9:15 a.m.: Befana Pedaling organised by the Aquilotti Team of Cervia: a mountain bike tour with two routes (40 km and 65 km).
- 9:30 am: Befana walk in Nordic Walking style: departure from Piazzale dei Pesci, a moment of sport and nature for everyone.
- 10.30 am: Opening of the Creative Market and Food Truck: along Viale Sicilia, amid local flavours and unique handicrafts.
- 11:30 am: La Casina Gastronomic Stand: let yourself be tempted by the authentic flavour of Cervia's hunchback cardoon.
3 p.m. - The Epiphany's Dive: the highlight on the beach in front of Viale Sicilia!

Not ready to dive in? Come and cheer and enjoy the unique atmosphere!
During the day
- Animation for children.
- Street artists and witches handing out sweets to the little ones.
- Entertainment with Radio Bruno.
- Mulled wine and panettone to warm up and celebrate together.
- Giant Wooden Games in Gemini Park.
