A week as sweet as honey
The honey harvest, now reaching its 40th edition in 2025, has become a fixed appointment in the Cervia summer dedicated to food and wine.
The focus of interest is honey and its culture.
The initiative, which sees its climax in the honey extraction, is divided into several evenings that will make the historic centre of Cervia ‘sweet’: beekeepers, producers, herbalists, expert tasters, chefs and gourmets will take turns during these 4 events.
At the end of the honey extraction, the direct extraction of the honey, the tasting of the various types of honey will begin, concluding with entertainment and shows for all.
