One Sky One World - Artevento Cervia
World Flying Day for Peace
After the success of the Spring Festival, a new programme of events, exhibitions, meetings and workshops to promote peace, multiculturalism and environmental sustainability.
Artevento celebrates One Sky One World Peace Flight Day, conceived and promoted by the American kite flyer Jane Parker Ambrose following a historic meeting between Reagan and Gorbachev at the Denver Summit on nuclear disarmament in 1985. So many years after that event, the message entrusted to the historic kite remains more relevant than ever.
This event invites the public to become the protagonist of a spectacular collective action, paying homage to the spirit of the world day of kite flying for peace and celebrating it in the town of Romagna, consecrated "capital of art that flies" thanks to the longevity and fame of its historic festival.
Looking forward to the 2025 programme
