Handmade tagliolini with seafood sauce
Ingredients
- mackarels
- onion
- garlic
- parsley
- olive oil
- tomato sauce

Method
Bone and chop the mackarels. Brown them in a saucepan with olive oil, onion, garlic and chopped parsley.
Add some fish soup, tomato sauce and let it boil on a slow fire.
Cook the tagliolini in a big pot with salted water and add the sauce.
