Marinated ray
Ingredients
for 4 persons:
- 1.3 kg of ray
- 1 shallot
- 3 mature tomatoes
- 3 spoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Method
Remove the skin from the ray, clean and wash it and cut the ray into pieces. Fry in a pot with oil the shallot, the cuted tomatoes, salt and pepper until brown.
Let it get tasty and after circa 10 minutes add the pieces of ray. Boil this circa 15 minutes and after that the meal is ready to serve.
