Red mullet en papillote
Ingredients
To serve 4:
- 12 big mullets
- 1 spoon of chopped parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- 5 spoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Clean the mullets, remove the scales, wash and dry them. In a small bowl mix the oil, the juice of the half of the lemon, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Put the mullets for circa 2 hours into the marinade. Meanwhile prepare 4 pieces of silver paper and put a bit of marinade on them. On every piece put 3 mullets and dish with salt and pepper.
Give the closed bundles in the preheated oven (200°) and let them stay for 15 minutes. Then the meal is ready to serve.
